Overtime Policy
Service Duration and Additional Charges
Limousine rental services are contracted by the hour. If the event or ride exceeds the contracted time, a full additional hour will automatically be charged at the established rate ($180 USD per hour), regardless of whether only a few minutes were exceeded.
This charge must be paid at the end of the service, either in cash, by debit/credit card, or via direct transfer (Zelle or similar).
The client will be notified before the contracted time ends and informed that continuing to use the vehicle will constitute acceptance of the corresponding charge.
Special Cleaning and Damage Policy
Usage Conditions, Cleaning, and Responsibility
The client is responsible for the proper use of the vehicle during the contracted service time. In cases of liquid spills, food residue, excessive trash, stains, strong odors (from tobacco, alcohol, etc.), or any other condition that requires special cleaning or repairs, an additional fee of at least $200 USD will apply, depending on the damage.
This charge will be assessed by the driver or unit supervisor at the end of the service, accompanied by photographic evidence if necessary.
Payment must be made at that time, either in cash or by card, as previously agreed with the client. Use of the service implies acknowledgment and acceptance of this policy.

Additional Payment Options
In addition to the advance payment for the reserved service, the client agrees that in case of exceeding the contracted time or creating conditions that require an additional charge (overtime or special cleaning), payment may be made at the moment through the following methods:
• Debit or credit card (via mobile terminal)
• Zelle or bank transfer
• Cash
For transparency, a payment receipt or digital invoice will be provided. In some cases, a digital signature may be requested from the client before the service begins.
